MRO-PRO Wins Line Maintenance Contract with Airhub Aviation
MRO-PRO has signed a line maintenance software contract with Airhub Aviation, the Lithuania-based GetJet Group subsidiary. The deal covers a new Customer Portal and AI-driven Intelligent Workpack Import tool.
Read-back
- MRO-PRO signed a new line maintenance contract with Airhub Aviation covering workflow digitisation and operational visibility.
- Airhub Aviation is a subsidiary of Lithuania-based GetJet Group.
- The agreement includes two new MRO-PRO platform features: a Customer Portal and Intelligent Workpack Import (IWI).
- IWI uses AI document processing to read existing maintenance workpacks without requiring operators to change documentation formats, per MRO-PRO Founder Scott Wells.
- Scott Wells is MRO-PRO Founder and Managing Director; Romas Žakys is Airhub Aviation Chief Technical Officer.
MRO-PRO, the AI-driven maintenance software vendor, has signed a line maintenance contract with Airhub Aviation — a subsidiary of Lithuania-based GetJet Group — covering workflow digitisation, document automation and expanded operational visibility for Airhub's engineering and maintenance teams.
The agreement marks MRO-PRO's latest customer win for its Maintenance Intelligence Learning Engine, the data-driven backbone of the company's line maintenance software platform. Airhub becomes the next operator to adopt the platform as MRO-PRO pushes to broaden the customer base of its maintenance software suite.
What does the contract cover?
According to MRO-PRO, the partnership targets three operational priorities:
- Simplifying maintenance planning
- Improving operational visibility across line maintenance activities
- Minimising administrative workload for engineering staff
Airhub Aviation Chief Technical Officer Romas Žakys tied the deal directly to operational efficiency. "We are pleased to start our cooperation with MRO-PRO, a provider that is actively developing its solutions while remaining closely attentive to the needs of its clients," Žakys said. "We believe that one of the key strengths of the software is its AI integration, and we expect this new tool to help us further improve the efficiency of our operations."
Žakys added that the carrier sees a broader role for the platform. "We look forward to using MRO-PRO's software to accelerate and streamline our processes, support our long-term goals, and contribute to the continued growth of Airhub Aviation," he said.
What new platform features are included?
The contract lands alongside two new platform capabilities MRO-PRO is rolling out. A Customer Portal gives operators a single digital interface for accessing maintenance data and corresponding with the software vendor. The second feature, Intelligent Workpack Import (IWI), uses AI-driven document processing to read existing maintenance workpacks and feed structured data directly into the platform's workflow — removing manual data entry and retrieval.
MRO-PRO Founder and Managing Director Scott Wells used IWI to make the broader case for AI in the maintenance back office. "Intelligent Workpack Import is a good example of where we see AI delivering immediate practical value," Wells said. "Rather than asking maintenance organisations to change the way they produce or receive documentation, we are using AI to understand that information and bring it directly into the digital workflow."
Wells expanded on the documentation challenge: "Aircraft checks generate huge volumes of information, much of it still requiring manual handling. Our focus is on using AI to make that information more accessible and actionable, while removing repetitive administrative tasks from engineering and maintenance teams."
What does the Airhub deal signal?
Adding Airhub — a customer drawn from the GetJet Group — gives MRO-PRO a foothold inside a wider airline group structure. Wells described the sign-up as validation of the platform's positioning across the maintenance sector. "Airhub Aviation is an important addition to the MRO-PRO customer community and further demonstrates the relevance of our Maintenance Intelligence Learning Engine across the MRO space," he said.
The deal sets up an early operational test for both new products. MRO-PRO is pitching the Customer Portal and IWI as a way to reduce the manual handling that still dominates workpack processing — historically the dominant friction point for line maintenance software adoption. Whether Airhub records a measurable reduction in administrative workload will become the first benchmark for whether MRO-PRO's AI-led pitch scales beyond a single customer deployment.
